Corporate business underwriting is your passion? You already have some years of experience in this area and would like to take on more responsibility?

In the area of P&C underwriting in the national corporate customer business, we are looking for an experienced underwriter in the field of property and technical insurance. In this function, you are responsible for the offer, supervise and advise the general agencies and brokers assigned to you independently and are available to them as a professional contact. Together with our sales team, you will respond to the needs of our customers and look for the best insurance solutions.

What you do

• You will independently process offers from general agencies and brokers for new and existing clients

• You identify and assess insurance risks and obtain relevant information to determine the offer terms

• You support clients, general agencies and brokers in technical questions and process insurance applications including administrative tasks

• You participate in the implementation of portfolio measures

• You maintain telephone and personal contact with customers, agencies and brokers and act as a professional contact person

What you bring

• Completed basic commercial training, preferably supplemented by further, higher education in the insurance industry

• Some years of professional experience in the insurance sector, in particular in underwriting or in property and technical insurance

• Strong customer and service orientation combined with good analytical skills and independent working methods

• Stylistic German, every other national language and English are advantageous
