As AI Portfolio & Process Manager: in marketing, you actively shape the future of marketing at SBB Immobilien. You identify and control AI and automation potential along our marketing processes – from customer and market knowledge to the marketing of real estate and train stations to content, campaigns and digital customer interfaces. You combine the needs of the marketing areas with the possibilities of modern technologies and data. Together with internal specialist departments, you develop concrete AI cases from ideas and accompany them from prioritization through implementation to sustainable anchoring in everyday marketing. • You develop and control the AI and automation portfolio and align it consistently with the marketing strategy and goals of SBB Immobilien.
• Along with customer knowledge, real estate marketing, campaigns, content marketing and digital customer experience, you will identify targeted AI and automation potential.
• By optimizing cross-divisional marketing processes, you create more freedom for creative, strategic and customer-oriented tasks.
• You develop specific use cases based on the needs of the marketing teams and control their piloting, implementation, scaling and transfer to operations.

• Several years of experience in marketing as well as in process, project, product or portfolio management characterize your profile
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the application possibilities of artificial intelligence, marketing automation, CRM, analytics and digital platforms enable you to develop concrete marketing solutions.
• You have a good understanding of customer journeys and the effective marketing of properties, locations, services and digital offerings.
• Analytical and networked thinking, consistent customer orientation and the ability to evaluate potential and set clear priorities are among your strengths.
• You communicate appropriately and have very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of another national language is an advantage.

Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing sowie im Prozess-, Projekt-, Produkt- oder Portfoliomanagement zeichnet dein Profil aus

  • Kenntnisse der Immobilienbranche sind von Vorteil.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Einsatzmöglichkeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz, Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics und digitalen Plattformen ermöglichen dir die Entwicklung konkreter Marketinglösungen.

• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Customer Journeys und die wirkungsvolle Vermarktung von Immobilien, Standorten, Dienstleistungen und digitalen Angeboten.

• Analytisches und vernetztes Denken, konsequente Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Potenziale zu bewerten und klare Prioritäten zu setzen, gehören zu deinen Stärken.

• Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache sind von Vorteil.

• Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Prozessmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet deine fachliche Grundlage.
