- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, consulting, or another highly regulated environment is preferred

- Digital Enablement: Familiarity with AI technology, process re-engineering, workflow automation and analytics tools.
- Understanding and enhancing banking tools and business architecture
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence across levels, and navigate complex matrix organisations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messages
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using feedback, adoption metrics, or readiness assessments to inform change activities and measure impact
- Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Collaborative team player with high empathy, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for AI transformation Fluency in English is required;
- German or additional languages are an advantage
