- Architect and develop robust AI governance tooling with a focus on extensibility and automation
Main responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop robust AI governance tooling with a focus on extensibility and automation
- Lead initiatives to introduce new governance functionalities (e.g., model lineage tracking, fairness audits, usage logging)
- Own the lifecycle of core tools like the AI Catalogue and the AI Red Teaming Toolkit
- Design and implement new features to scale our governance tools while improving usability for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI/ML engineers, governance leads, risk experts, and developers
- Enhance automation capabilities through API integrations, self-service interfaces, and compliance checks
- Support AI risk assessments and documentation workflows through engineering innovation
- Translate evolving regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001) into technical requirements and features
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory expectations
