• Supporting people with disabilities in their living, working and living space is our vocation. We are committed with heart and professionalism to promotion, self-determination, support where necessary and care. For this purpose, we offer 147 living spaces in various forms of living as well as 180 workplaces. In the day care center there are 85 other places available. The 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. For our team at Kloten (Graswinkel) we are looking for a motivated, agogic specialist after agreement. AGOGIC RESIDENCE PROFI WITH FLEGERIC FLAIR 60 - 90% FaBe or SozPäd (M/F/D) The living area B comprises various specialized residential groups with nursing and agogic needs. Our interdisciplinary teams care for up to 12 people with mental, mental and/or physical disabilities. The versatile work requires expertise, agility and always a pinch of humor. Nursing and agogic activities are closely linked. The self-determination of the inhabitants is our top priority. We design the living space in such a way that a competent participation of the inhabitants is possible. You support the inhabitants in everyday life with an open eye for their abilities and independence. Caring is part of the daily encounter, as is the agogic relationship and promotion. You are interested in both aspects and connect them convincingly and skillfully. You bring your professional and personal skills to the team and participate in the design and continuous development of good cooperation. Your agogic expertise is used profitably.
