About the role For sales support, we are looking for a dedicated personality who supports all business areas and brands of Sika Schweiz AG in terms of customer master data and pricing. We work carefully, quality-consciously and closely with sales to ensure high data quality.

In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks

• Customer master data and prices: Ongoing recording and updating in our ERP system
• Ensuring compliance with service levels and pricing policy according to SLA
• Conditioning process: participation in the annual process (price letters, net price lists, assortment and customer price lists) in coordination with Marketing and Technical Department
• Refunds: Active participation in the annual refunds of our key accounts
• Preparation of training documents and support of sales units as required
• Active participation in projects related to digitalization and process optimization
• CRM Salesforce: Support, training, data corrections and participation in system optimization

Your skills and experience

• Completed basic commercial training with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking with high IT affinity
• Experience with ERP SAP and Salesforce benefits
• Confident knowledge of German, good knowledge of French in words and writing, other languages beneficial
• Independent, reliable and willing to learn personality with a structured working method and high quality awareness
• Ability to keep track even in demanding situations and set priorities correctly
