Are you looking for a key role in which you can combine legal expertise with modern corporate governance? At Holcim (Switzerland) AG, you can expect a wide range of legal issues and the exciting task of actively implementing the Holcim Group’s global compliance standards at local level and coordinating them for the entire Holcim Central Europe West cluster (Switzerland, Italy, Southern Germany, Haut-Rhin).

What to expect • Holistic compliance management: You are responsible for rolling out and monitoring the Holcim Group compliance requirements at Holcim (Switzerland) AG (e.g. Code of Ethics, Fair Competition, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, sanctions) under the supervision of General Counsel CEW. • Training & Cultural Promotion: You design and carry out compliance trainings appropriate to the target group, promote awareness of compliance and strengthen our open door and speak-up culture. • Corporate Reporting & Investigations: You process compliance reports and manage continuous reporting in close coordination with the global corporate compliance team. You also conduct internal investigations under the direction of General Counsel CEW. • Practical legal advice: You will advise our Swiss business partners on general commercial law issues, in contracting and operational compliance issues. • Contracting & Risk Management: You design, review and negotiate commercial contracts, identify legal and regulatory risks and develop pragmatic, solution-oriented options for action.

What you bring • In-depth training: You have successfully completed your law degree (Master of Law / Licentiate) and have a Swiss patent

• An additional qualification in the area of compliance is a plus.

• Relevant experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Legal & Compliance, accumulated in a commercial law firm or the legal/compliance department of an international group. • Governance expertise: You have knowledge in the implementation of compliance management systems (CMS) as well as in core areas such as antitrust law, anti-corruption and data protection. • Personality & Integrity: You convince with a high degree of integrity, strong assertiveness, analytical thinking and a pragmatic, consulting-strong working style. • Language Competence: You communicate with confidence in negotiation and style in German and English (in word and writing); Good knowledge of French is a valued advantage.
