Main responsibilities
- Telephone and written response to customer requests in German and French Recording customer online orders
- Consumption of order cancellations and questions on invoices
- Advice of the customer to our diverse products and extensive services in our Express branch on site
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years: Customer service
- Stylish oral and written communication in German and French (French is an obligatory criterion)
- Professional experience in customer service
