In this role, you are the central contact person for our customers and ensure the smooth processing of their sea freight shipments. With your forwarding expertise and your strong service philosophy, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and actively contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

How you get involved

  • Holistic support for customers in the area of sea freight and promotion of long-term, cooperative customer relationships
  • Processing customer inquiries and creating offers
  • Control of order processing from order acceptance through document checking to completion of the shipment
  • Integration and maintenance of customer data as well as creation of reports to analyze and optimize our service
  • Close cooperation with the operational departments, sales and Carriers
  • Expanding the portfolio of our existing customers, developing new business and winning back customers

What sets you apart

  • Completed training in freight forwarding/logistics or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the field of sea freight
  • Confident use of MS Office programs
  • Independent, team-oriented and service-oriented working style
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills as well as high service and customer orientation
  • Good German and English skills, spoken and written, French are an advantage
