Construction commercial clerk 80 to 100%

Your contribution to our company

• You independently handle the operational commercial tasks of your construction projects in a goal-oriented manner
• You are responsible for internal accounting and the monthly site billing (accounts payable and accounts receivable)
• You help shape the operational objectives, strategy and planning of your projects
• You collect the key financial data of the construction sites and projects, including a planned-versus-actual comparison
• Together with the construction management, you are responsible for project controlling
• You contribute to acquisition and project start-up (AVOR)
• You take care of the personnel administration of the operational construction-site staff
• You also supervise the commercial apprentices

What matters to us

• You have completed basic commercial training or a technical apprenticeship with further training in the commercial field
• You have already gained professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and impress with your commitment, reliability and ability to grasp things quickly
• You are team-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic times
• A self-directed, proactive and responsible approach to work rounds off your profile
• Your workload is 80 to 100%, and the place of employment is Schlieren
• Starting in 2027
