About the role Our competent services ensure the value of our properties and ensure trouble-free production operations. At our locations in Zurich, Widen, Birr, Ennetbürgen and Kirchberg, we are responsible for infrastructural and technical plant and building maintenance. In addition, we support property management, workplace management and access and system management, making an important contribution to a safe and efficient working environment.

Your main tasks include

• Responsible for access and closing management
• Access authorizations, badge and key management, implementation of access concepts and authorization checks
• Maintenance and further development of the IT processes and systems on the applications/processes access and closing management
• Key user, process definition, training of employees
• Key account responsibility for Kaba exos, SAP interfaces and web portals
• Controlling master data and the applicable
• Ensure representation of Real Estate & Property Management

Your skills and experience

• Completed commercial vocational training or technical training with suitable experience in admission and closing management
• Proven experience with access and building management systems (Kaba exos)
• Experience with physical access control and locking systems
• High IT affinity, structured and process-oriented thinking, secure handling of MS Office
• Very good German and English skills
• Category B ticket
• Good comprehension, pleasure in customer contact and a high service orientation
