The nursing home Bäretswil is an operation of Spitex Bärentswil, an innovative, future-oriented company in the Zurich Oberland. In addition to care at home, Spitex Bärentswil offers a care apartment with care and care around the clock. 22 older people find a comfortable, family home here with individual support and security.

• Support of team management in day-to-day care and organizational tasks
• Deputy management of the team in absence
• Active participation in team leadership, empowerment & support of employees
• Resource and goal-oriented care of our residents
• Planning, coordination & controlling of the nursing classification

You bring that with you

• Nurse HF or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
• Willingness to take responsibility
• RAI-NH/interRAI LTCF training or willingness to complete it
• Warm, communicative, responsible
• Practical-organizational skill

With our living and care concept, we create a manageable and family environment. In the 2021 extended nursing home, a competent nursing and care team is at your side for 24 hours.
