We are looking for a service-oriented, motivated and extremely flexible personality.

You can move that with us.

With us, you can expect a flexible annual workload of around 50% with varied tasks in an exciting environment. Your assignments take place at two customer locations in the immediate vicinity of each other. You are part of our flexible reception team and take on regular, predictable assignments. In the event of holidays, illness or other absences, you also support the team and provide valuable representation assignments. Working hours can vary between 06:50 and 17:10. Full-day or half-day assignments are possible from Monday to Friday.

• Friendly and competent customer reception
• Rapid and reliable receipt and forwarding of telephones
• Access system management
• Responsible parking management
• Order of office equipment
• Other administrative tasks

You are a service-oriented and communicative personality who shapes our reception area with professionalism and warmth. Here's what you bring with you:

• Professional experience in reception or in a similar capacity
• Very good PC / MS Office knowledge
• Flowing Swiss German, very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing, good knowledge of French, other languages of advantage
• Very high flexibility for different applications
• Discreet, proactive and reliable personality
• Quick understanding
• Accurate and very careful work in the team
• Careful treatment of visitors and staff
