Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure timely customer deliveries
- Termination of the occupancy of the production machines in cooperation with the department responsible of our production and related rough / detailed planning of the production of our products, incl. Date control of current contracts
- Procurement of raw materials, components and equipment
- Preparation and processing of purchase orders, appointment monitoring and controls
- Contracting to external suppliers with appointment control and all necessary clarifications
- Close cooperation with production department managers, external suppliers, sales department, our IT and our sister company in the Czech Republic
- Introduction of new products, master data maintenance as well as appointment monitoring
- Self-employed storage management of individual product groups
- Invoice control of suppliers
Your requirement profile
- Commercial or basic technical training with kaufm. Training
- In-depth knowledge of production control and planning (PPS) in mass production
- Sound SAP knowledge module PP and MM
- Strong enforcement
- Strong analytical skills and networked thinking
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
