Employee: in technical service / specialist: company maintenance specialist (80–100%)
Their tasks
- Control, monitoring and maintenance of installations and building equipment
- Cooperation in technical and infrastructural projects
- Implementation of necessary infrastructure repairs and renovations
- Maintenance, cleaning and ambient work
- Responsibility for waste management
- Active support for internal and external events
- Relocations and transfers of housing
- Assistance in ensuring smooth and safe operation
Your profile
- Professional maintenance EFZ or comparable craft training
- Good MS-Office user knowledge
- Physical capacity
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Positive, solution-oriented and proactive basic attitude
- Organised and structured working methods
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Flexibility for occasional extraordinary missions
