Who we are looking for In order to strengthen our service team at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, we are looking for a warm host personality who inspires with professionalism, attention and passion for first-class service and gives our guests unforgettable moments. • Whether at breakfast, in the lunch service or at evening events:

In the weekly service rotation without room hour, you ensure that our guests feel welcome and well looked after at all times.

• You are also involved behind the scenes and contribute to a smooth operation.

Swiss Re Gastronomy – Your working environment The Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon is an exclusive conference centre with hotel operations and a place where hospitality is lived at the highest level. It provides a professional platform for exchange, seminars and workshops. In addition to internal events, we also take care of smaller and larger external events. Our varied offer ranges from stylish aperitifs to varied buffet lunches to exclusive seated dinners – creatively staged and implemented in different locations.

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience – ideally in upscale gastronomy
• They convince with a well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and professional communication in German (level C1) and English (level B2).
• They advise our guests competently and with pleasure on food and drinks
• You work independently and responsibly, and appreciate cooperation in the team

For Switzerland, the basic salary range for this position is between CHF 50,000 and CHF 76,000 (for a full-time position). The specific salary offered takes into account:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role;
• the profile of the applicant, including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to the basic salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive, performance-related variable compensation component that recognises your services.
