We are looking for someone for Haus Am Rietpark in the Zurich region as of September 1st, 2026 or by appointment

Your tasks

• Independent planning, organizing and carrying out resource-oriented activation and everyday organization in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department
• Planning and carrying out excursions and events
• Design and be responsible for the seasonal decorations in the house
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all other areas of the company
• Assist in creating the annual activities calendar
• Active participation and further development of the activation offer

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in everyday life organization and activation, comparable training or several years of experience in the same function
• Work experience in long-term care
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoying contact with older people and being active in everyday life
• Creativity and openness to bring in and implement your own ideas
• Warm, respectful and appreciative attitude
• Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
