Main responsibilities

- Accompanying and supporting new colleagues, apprentices, and students in their integration into the team

- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the operating room management and all professional groups in the operating room Requirements
- Training as Dipl.
- Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or TOA/OTA and several years of professional experience in the operating room
- First leadership experiences as acting head in an acute hospital
