As part of the digital transformation and enhanced integration of cloud technologies, we are looking for an experienced person to help us in strategic purchasing to carry out our procurements professionally, efficiently and future-proof. You also ensure that contractual conditions, high quality and service standards are adhered to.

Mansioni

• Strategic procurement: Development/implementation of purchasing strategies for personnel rental & consulting services. Identification of potential savings, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Implementation of tenders by means of e-sourcing, comparisons and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers. Advising and supporting specialist areas in the selection of suitable service providers.
• Negotiation and conclusion of framework / individual contracts. Monitoring and management of existing contracts, including contract extensions and adjustments.
• Managing suppliers in close cooperation with specialist departments. Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, especially in the financial services sector.
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments (e.g. IT, compliance) to coordinate purchasing needs.Presentation of purchasing strategies and results before senior management.

Requirements

• 5 years: Purchasing, preferably in financial services or other regulated industries
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in indirect strategic purchasing, ideally with a focus on services and/or professional services.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, in particular in the area of personnel rental, services and IT contracts.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements (compliance, outsourcing, data protection), preferably in the financial sector.
• Experience in conducting tenders and negotiating at national level through e-sourcing.
• Secure handling of MS Office and preparation of decision-making basis for management.
