Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the processing of account and custodian openings on the correspondence and digital way incl.
- Special products such as Migros-Personalkonti, 3rd pillar-conti and rental deposit-conti responsible
- You are responsible for the control of customer documents and for carrying out the necessary corrections of faulty basic documents
- You answer 2nd level inquiries from our customers and have written and telephone contact with our customer advisors and other internal offices Requirements
- min. 2 years: in material processing
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial education or training
- French (very good knowledge) Italian (advantageous): This position necessarily requires good to very good oral French skills
- You have an exact, forward-looking and independent working method
- You enjoy administrative activities and work efficiently and accurately even under high workload
