Are you excited about the idea of playing a decisive role in the growth of our corporate client business in a varied role as Account Manager?

Agency sales is one of Zurich Switzerland’s most important sales channels. If our customers choose the way through a professional customer service at one of our more than 30 general agencies, they are well looked after from the beginning.

In your role as an account manager, you support customer consultants and provide training opportunities so that they can always perform their consulting function professionally. In addition, you will help leaders with responsibility for the SME business with your expertise and strategic vision in the continuous improvement of Go2Market processes and systematic pipeline management.

This is what awaits you

• You independently and holistically supervise the general agencies assigned to you as a specialist in the corporate customer business and are responsible for their results.
• You accompany customer advisors at important SME customer meetings and support them with your expertise.
• You will continuously develop business relationships through acquisition, support and development.
• You are responsible for the structured implementation of the market development strategy with the agencies and support heads of SMEs as sparring partners.
• As a central interface to the headquarters functions, you strengthen the exchange of experience, mutual understanding and operational effectiveness in the SME business.

This sets you apart

• Commercial or insurance training and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in insurance
• Proven experience in SME business and deep understanding of SME customer needs and SME insurance products
• High customer orientation, a winning personality and an independent and proactive working method
• Strong MS-Office knowledge, affinity in dealing with IT systems and strategic and conceptual skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• Every other national language is beneficial

Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%

Place of work: Oerlikon, Zurich

Job: from 01.01.2027 or by agreement

Travel activity: up to 50% within German-speaking Switzerland

Hybrid work: up to 40%
