To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a customer consultant at the Zurich-Oerlikon location immediately or by agreement, a key account with paid media reference Your tasks

• You independently and independently lead challenging digital, analogue & cross-media projects as well as campaigns for Emil Frey Group brands from briefing to go live
• You offer your customers comprehensive advice about our digital and analog services
• You are responsible for quality, budget, timing, resources and the success of your projects. You are responsible for the internal & external coordination of all stakeholders as well as for the management of external partners & agencies
• You will strategically advise on the optimal use of digital advertising formats, support the development of cross-channel media plans and work closely with the paid media team
• You support the paid media team with administrative tasks such as billing, update media planning, etc.
• You inspire customers with convincing presentations and show how additional services can further increase their success Your profile
• Completed studies or professional experience in the field of digital marketing, communication or media business, supplemented by experience in the field of paid media
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing with focus on project management and customer consulting
• Several years of experience in project management in an agile environment and in complex tasks, preferably in an agency
• Experience in strategy and concept development
• High degree of initiative, flexibility and teamwork as well as communicative and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
