A varied leadership task awaits you: You lead an 18-bed department with a focus on infectiology and a broad range of internal and angiological patients. Together with your team, you provide high-quality and patient-centered care.The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Ensure quality of care: Together with the shared governance team, you create a framework for high-quality, holistic and patient-oriented care. • Developing the team: You lead a dedicated team of around 30 employees according to modern management principles and support them in their professional, personal and social development. • Control resources: You plan and coordinate human, material and infrastructural resources for safe and efficient patient care. • Designing processes : You develop work processes and organizational structures in the sense of a contemporary care and the reference care concept. • Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely and at eye level with the medical service, therapies, hotel industry and other interfaces. Requirements • Dipl. Nursing specialist HF or FH with completed training in management or interested in an MAS with a focus on leadership • Several years of leadership experience and pleasure in actively shaping a value- and people-oriented leadership culture • Enthusiasm, responsibility and joy in working with people • Communication strength, integrity and the ability to foster respectful and supportive interaction • High service orientation and demand for the best possible patient care We offer: You can expect a versatile department with a clear infectiological focus and a broad range of internist-angiological patients.
