Tasks
- They lead the department of acute care and transitional care in a targeted manner and encourage employees to follow professional, social and economic principles.
- You take responsibility for the holistic care and care of our patients
- They are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care and training requirements.
- They actively participate in the care and support the team.
Profile
- A strong ability to think holistically and connectedly
- Management training or willingness to take such a course, as well as multi-year practical and management experience, preferably in acute, long-term care and geriatrics
- A training for nursing specialist (HF/FH/Danii) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Loadability, flexibility, a pinch of humour and a high level of social competence
- Good communication skills, written and oral
