Your tasks

• You lead and develop a department with around 20 employees in terms of technical, organizational and personnel.
• You are responsible for the strategic planning and control of development projects in the field of signal boxes and RBC with a focus on platform architectures, modern development environments, automation and scalability.
• You ensure the successful implementation of complex projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
• You will actively develop the technological roadmap and provide impulses for innovative and forward-looking solutions.
• You promote the continuous development of development processes and drive efficiency improvements and standardization.
• You will work closely with development, product management and other specialist areas to exploit synergies and integrate new market requirements into product development at an early stage.
• You ensure compliance with the high demands of a safety-critical development environment. Your profile
• Completed university technical studies (master) in electronics, software engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Further training in business administration or a sound understanding of business relations.
• Several years of leadership experience in the management of development or project teams, ideally in the environment of complex technical systems or safety-critical applications and at department manager level
• Experience in the development of platforms, system architectures or integrated technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern development processes, automation and scalable software and system landscapes.
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing You benefit from
