What you do with us

In our Controlling department, you lead our three-person Controlling team and are responsible for the financial management of the company – with the aim of creating transparency, enabling informed decisions and actively shaping sustainable corporate success.

• Lead and develop our three-person controlling team
• Responsible for operational and strategic controlling
• Create budgets, forecasts and monthly and annual financial statements
• Analyze key figures and derive sound recommendations for action
• Advises the management as competent sparring partner
• Optimizes controlling processes and further develops reporting instruments
• Actively contributes to the economic development of our company
• You bring in new ideas and actively act in your role

What we want

• Completed Commercial Training (EFZ)
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in controlling incl. Further education in the controlling field
• You already have leadership experience and have already completed a leadership training
• Experience in factory controlling
• You are strong in dealing with the office programs and can organize your task area independently
• Very good SAP knowledge (especially S/4 Hana)
• Affinity for numbers and strong strategic thinking
• Strong Excel knowledge
• You appreciate and promote cooperation with other internal bodies
• Independent, well-structured and committed working method also in intensive phases
• Open, reliable and communicative personality with quick comprehension
• Style-confident knowledge of German in writing and language
• Knowledge in the food industry is an advantage
• Analytical, entrepreneurial personality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
