• Management of the department Vocational School
• Promotion and development of staff and teachers
• Securing the operation of the school
• Coordination of the individual departments
• Responsibility for the quality management of the department
• Collaboration in school management
• Provision of teaching in the vocational school

• Technical/university degree or equivalent training
• Diploma as a vocational school teacher (PHZH/EHB)
• Completed training or further education in the field of school management, vocational training management or in a conceivable field; if not already available, willingness to complete this
• Integrating and cooperative personality with proven leadership experience
• Multi-year professional experience and ideally leadership experience in a professional environment relevant to our professions (in particular logistics, transport, recycling or rail transport) and/or experience in professional development or in organizations of the working world (OdA) as well as a sound understanding of in-house vocational training
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with teaching companies and organizations of the working world as well as training consistently at the

• Several years of teaching experience at a vocational college
• Organizational talent as well as a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Winning personality with high social, communication and performance skills as well as strong team and conflict ability
• Safe handling of the Microsoft 365 applications
