In the IT teaching "Digital Business Development", you support us in developing digital solutions that simplify everyday work. You connect people, ideas and technology and see how your work makes an impact.

Your education What is teaching at UBS? We offer the perfect mix of practice and theory. In the UBS Training Center, you will learn everything you need to become a true pro of the digital business world. This includes not only practical experience, but also visiting the vocational school, where you deepen your knowledge one to two days per where. In the following three years, you will support solutions that make the lives of your colleagues easier. There is also an exchange with different teams and forms the interface between the client and the IT specialists. You analyze data with your team and develop digital optimization of work steps and visualize them with the learned applications.

In the end, you have your federal certificate of ability (EFZ) in your pocket and are well prepared for the future! But your apprenticeship does not end with us. Many apprentices start with us in a promising future as an IT specialist or deepen their expertise in our two-year young talent development program.

Your team You are part of a group of IT learners who meet regularly in internal and external training. You learn together, support each other – and often friendships arise that go beyond work.

In your team, you actively shape the future. Together, we integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into our digital solutions and processes to drive contemporary innovation, work more efficiently and make our everyday life easier. You will learn how AI makes our digital products smarter and how you can contribute to further development yourself. Be part of our team and be the change you want to see.

You do not need any previous knowledge - important above all

• Completion of the highest elementary school level
• Good basics in mathematics, German and English
• Interest in digital topics and new technologies
• Like to think around the corner and find smart solutions to tricky problems
• Joy of communication, teamwork and organization
• Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility
