Your role Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship within our Global Wealth Management business.

You’ll get to

• work at the heart of the investment value chain within the Chief Investment Office (CIO), gaining first-hand exposure to how CIO views, research and investment guidance are developed, positioned and distributed
• partner closely with CIO analysts and subject matter experts, with opportunities to shadow and support their day-to-day activities and help translate investment insights into actionable content and client-relevant messaging
• collaborate across the end-to-end GWM value chain to help ensure CIO content and investment guidance are effectively understood, delivered and used across the organization
• build strong working relationships with key partners across sales, solutions, marketing and regional CIO teams
• support key CIO strategic projects, tactical initiatives and publications, coordinating with content creators, product specialists and distribution teams
• help make CIO content more accessible and impactful through internal platforms and distribution channels, working closely with CIO, product and sales partners
• build an understanding of our industry, culture and strategy while learning how we operate to meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by building a network of mentors and business contacts who are among the best in the industry
• attend educational events led by senior leaders, gaining broad exposure to and insight into the business

Your team You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

You’ll be working in our GWM Chief Investment Office – Investment Communications team in Zürich. The CIO brings together investment expertise and market insights to help clients navigate financial markets and make informed investment decisions. As part of the team, you’ll help translate our investment views, research and strategic thinking into clear, compelling communications for clients and colleagues around the world.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has strong communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• has a keen interest in financial markets, investment research and products
• is interested in working in a fast-paced, international environment as part of a team
• has a structured working style and is comfortable working autonomously
• shares our values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can demonstrate how the experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
