- They manage 5-6 employees with a focus on outdoor plants both technically and in terms of personnel.
- They are jointly responsible for the practical training of learner gardeners in EFZ Garten- und Landschaftsbau.
Main responsibilities
- They manage 5-6 employees with a focus on outdoor plants both technically and in terms of personnel.
- They are jointly responsible for the practical training of learner gardeners in EFZ Garten- und Landschaftsbau.
- They plan and organize demanding care and maintenance work such as planting, seeding and pruning as well as plant nutrition, protection and use.
- Gardening and landscaping work.
- Taking into account the natural care goals, you ensure the quality in the facilities assigned to you.
- They carry machines and operate tools and ensure their maintenance, maintenance and cleaning
- They collect offers, supervise third-party services, create reports and do administrative work Profile
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ with further training for/to the gardener FA, green area specialist or equivalent training

- Committed, responsible, independent personality with proven leadership experience and a strong service orientation Cat.
