Main responsibilities
- You develop processes, guidelines and structures further, ensure clear responsibilities and anchor a uniform approach in dealing with third parties within the furniture.
- In this way, you make an important contribution to transparency, efficiency and quality in the area of third parties.
- This is what you do with us: As a TPM Owner, you are responsible for the further development and operational management of the end-to-end processes in third-party management: from the onboarding of new third parties to the termination of cooperation.
- In doing so, you will further develop the operating model and the governance structure and implement it in a practical and implementation-oriented manner together with the participating areas.
- With your conscientious work, you ensure clear, efficient and sustainable processes for the entire company.
- You’ll work closely with procurement, various departments, as well as legal, compliance, finance and IT, ensuring that third-party management is seamlessly integrated into existing processes.
- You will understand different requirements, define guidelines, roles and responsibilities and create viable and consistent solutions together with those involved.
- You will continue to develop the central third-party management solution and together with the specialist departments ensure an up-to-date and qualitatively reliable third-party register.
- This ensures the quality of relevant master data, responsibilities and process information.
Key requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Third Party Management, Procurement, Outsourcing Management, Organisationsentwicklung, Governance oder Consulting
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozessdesign, Operating Models, Governance-Strukturen und operative Prozesssteuerung
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Guidelines, Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Templates, KPIs, SLAs und Reporting-Strukturen
- Freude daran, komplexe organisatorische Anforderungen in klare, praxistaugliche Prozesse und Strukturen zu übersetzen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und starkes Stakeholder-Management über verschiedene Fachbereiche und Hierarchiestufen hinweg
- Strukturierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsorientierung
- Affinität zu Datenqualität, Prozessautomatisierung, Workflow-Lösungen sowie Vertragsmanagement-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache sind von Vorteil

- Several years of experience in process management, third party management, procurement, outsourcing management, organizational development, governance or consulting
- Very good understanding of end-to-end process design, operating models, governance structures and operational process control
- Experience in setting up and further developing guidelines, process descriptions, work instructions, templates, KPIs, SLAs and reporting structures
- Enjoy translating complex organizational requirements into clear, practical processes and structures
- Strong communication skills, secure presence and strong stakeholder management across different disciplines and hierarchical levels
- Structured, precise and reliable working method with high quality and responsibility orientation
- Affinity to data quality, process automation, workflow solutions and contract management systems
