Their tasks

• Introduction and further development of outpatient tariff models such as TARDOC and outpatient packages
• Support of clinics and departments with questions about the correct application of tariffs and central contact person for ambulatory hospital tariffs
• Translation of tariff requirements into clear technical and technical specifications for our billing and IT systems
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in tariff application, performance recording or billing
• In-depth knowledge of outpatient hospital or practice tariffs (especially with the new outpatient tariff system consisting of outpatient flat rates / TARDOC)
• Good IT affinity
• Enjoy comprehensible preparation of complex tariff requirements and transfer them into practice
• Experience with tariff projects, system adjustments or the optimization of billing processes is advantageous
• Strength of communication and a professional approach to different internal and external stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
