Their tasks shall include

• Responsibility for the correct and timely invoicing of all services provided ambulant/sub-stationary from the core business (services to/for patients) for the APP/KJP
• Responsibility for the full billing of services provided to/for patients, both inpatient and outpatient
• Responsibility for the collection and dunning of patient debtors at outpatient sites
• Support and processing for the rejection of health insurance funds (APP/KJP)
• Support for the control and analysis of performance measurement

• Completed commercial or medical basic education and/or commercial diploma
• Initial practical experience in the field of performance billing/processing
• Stylistic German in Word and Writing
• Competent personality with strong social competence and discretion
• In-depth IT user knowledge (Opale, KISIM, MS Office)
• Healthcare experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of foreign languages (E/FR/IT or other, beneficial)
