As a supervisor, you are the link between the team and the branch management.

You carry responsibility, give orientation and ensure that everyday life in the shop runs smoothly.

You are responsible for recording orders and processing customer orders

You support our customers when picking up new goods, returns processing is also part of your area of responsibility
You are responsible for recording orders and processing customer orders
You support the team in all tasks in the shop, such as filling the warehouse shelves and handling the daily goods transfer
As a team player, we expect you to actively support your employees at the front in everyday situations.
In the absence of the direct superiors, you are the daily responsible of the branch and assume the necessary responsibility
In cases of escalation, you are the first contact person for your employees and work on demanding customer concerns professionally and solution-oriented
You are a flexible personality and are not afraid to provide valuable help in exceptional cases with other departments (returns, parcel shipping) Requirements
2 years: senior function
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): retail trade
You bring a profound and broad product knowledge or great affinity in the fields of computer science and consumer electronics.
