Main responsibilities
- You welcome, listen and advise customers.
- You ensure cash transactions and respond to customer requests efficiently (returns, refunds, claims).
- You perform the tasks related to the management of a cashier, customer service and flower department.
- You advise them to help them find the perfect floral compositions for each occasion.
Key requirements
- 1-3 years of experience: in the field of retail with customer contact
- Completed professional learning (CFC): Retail Manager Sourure, versatility, patience and rigour
- Excellent communication skills and natural ease in customer contacts
- Occupational pension: Primary contributions, contribution from 20 years doubled by Migros and possibility of early retirement from 58 years.
