- Co-responsibility in contract management in construction projects
- Preparation of planner and entrepreneur contracts as well as coordination, control and filing of contract documents in the internal systems
- Collaboration in higher-level procurement and support of project-leading client representatives in submission and procurement
- Participation in contract negotiations in cooperation with building owner representatives and ensure company standards
- Development of framework and contracting contracts
- Advice and support in contractual issues of the building owner representatives
- Identification and evaluation of opportunities and risks arising from contracts
- Leading and further developing standards, templates and processes in contracting
Requirements
- Higher technical college (HF, CAS) in construction management or university degree (FH/ETH/uni), construction management, business administration or equivalent
- Several years of experience in contract management
- In-depth knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss contract law in construction
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method
- High communication capability and negotiating security
- Reliable, resilient and team capable personality
- High commitment and commitment to demanding tasks
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently even under time pressure
