Main responsibilities
- You work actively in the hot kitchen every day and take responsibility for the production items
- You coordinate the preparation of large production quantities and ensure quality and consistency
- You support and lead the team directly in the operational cooking process
- You ensure a smooth process during production times
- You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards (HACCP) Requisiti
- 5 years of professional experience and initial management experience: in the catering industry / production
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EBA): Chef
- You work in a structured, efficient manner and maintain an overview even with high volumes
- Central work location: Easily accessible by public and private transport.
- Modern infrastructure: inviting and functional office world, modern IT infrastructure
