- Own projects end-to-end from initial idea to design, analysis, and implementation.
- Perform model training, evaluation, and deployment to solve business-critical problems.This includes exploration of new model architectures, augmenting existing training data, finding better evaluation methods and feedback signals, and identifying headroom opportunities.

Main responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end from initial idea to design, analysis, and implementation.
- Perform model training, evaluation, and deployment to solve business-critical problems.This includes exploration of new model architectures, augmenting existing training data, finding better evaluation methods and feedback signals, and identifying headroom opportunities.
- Understand production systems, visualize, monitor, and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with latest tools and research in the field working actively with our collaborators.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

- 2 years of experience with machine learning tools and algorithms, specifically deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning models. Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Generative AI. About the job
