Company and context
- Coordinate multiple teams and initiatives across product management, engineering, architecture, platform services, data, operations, and regional organizations
- Ensure that technical, product, business, customer, and operational requirements are considered throughout the program.
- Work closely with product managers and technical teams to understand priorities, requirements, constraints, trade-offs, and delivery needs
- Maintain a complete view of the program and ensure that individual workstreams remain aligned with the overall objectives.
- Track progress, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to keep the program moving.
- Identify gaps, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early and work with the relevant teams to define practical solutions
- Establish clear ways of working, ownership, governance, decision-making processes, and escalation paths
- Support alignment between global software and product direction and regional, customer, or market-specific requirements
- Ensure that solutions are prepared not only for technical delivery, but also for rollout, adoption, operation, support, and future scaling
- Define and track relevant program success measures
