- You lead the project as a co-lead for the introduction of Agentic AI in claims processing – implementation in iterative expansion steps.
- You are responsible for the automation roadmap in the damage environment and drive the expansion of end-to-end dark processing in mass damage significantly
Main responsibilities
- You lead the project as a co-lead for the introduction of Agentic AI in claims processing – implementation in iterative expansion steps.
- You are responsible for the automation roadmap in the damage environment and drive the expansion of end-to-end dark processing in mass damage significantly
- You work closely with claims specialists, IT architecture and technology partners to integrate AI agents with clear decision boundaries into redesigned processes
- You make sure that people and agents work together in a meaningful way in the claims process (human-in-the-loop) and compliance and quality requirements are met at all times.
- You prepare decision templates and represent the project in the Damage Transformation Steering Committee as well as the management.
- You accompany the cultural change in the claims team – from classic case handling to modern damage management in cooperation with AI agents Requirements
- Several years of experience in managing complex digitalization and/or IT projects with a transformational character, ideally in the property or insurance environment
- Very good knowledge of classical and agile process models
- Daily use of AI and basic working methods with AI support
- In-depth understanding of Agentic AI architectures (orchestrator/sub-agent models, LLMs, APIs) and their use in operational processes
