- Independent evidence-based integrated geriatric psychiatric-psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy as part of the standardized processes of the outpatient consultation offers

- Supervision and intervision of junior doctors and psychologists
- Networking/collaboration with those involved (family doctor, hospital, relatives) Participation in interdisciplinary reports
- Collaboration in a multi-professional and interdisciplinary team
- Situational participation in concept work, WuF offers and projects in accordance with the management's instructions Requirements:
- Advanced or completed further training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Interest in further training on the focus of geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- High social skills, independent and efficient working style as well as high resilience
