Company and context
- You take on a central senior medical role in acute geriatrics and rehabilitation and further develop your ward medically and organizationally.
- You lead your interprofessional team with clinical excellence, empathy, and clarity, creating an environment for everyone that promotes safety, a culture of learning, and mutual respect.
- You treat our highly complex, often multimorbid patients according to our holistic geriatric approach (mobility, cognition, delirium, nutrition, function, quality of life) and accompany them evidence-based through acute and rehabilitation phases.
- You conduct geriatric rounds, interprofessional case discussions, as well as family and goal-setting meetings—medically sound, ethically reflected, and humanly attentive—lead consultations and assessments, and represent geriatrics as a consultant within the clinic.
- You further develop treatment paths, quality, and innovation projects (e.g., delirium management, early rehabilitation, interprofessional models).
- You are a central training figure for assistant physicians: you supervise, coach, and specifically promote them in clinical decision-making, geriatric thinking, and professional attitude.
- You participate in the senior medical on-call system (on-call duty, no night shifts) and bear responsibility for continuously high-quality care. Requirements

- With your joy for acute and rehabilitation geriatrics and your interest in complex clinical questions beyond individual diagnoses.
- Because you enjoy working interprofessionally and understand leadership not as hierarchical, but as a clinically present, attentive, and reliable responsibility for patients, the team, and the organization.
