- produce expedient studies, charter projects and high-quality tenders to ensure factual and efficient decision-making through trade and IT management;
- challenge technical solutions and systematically ensure with architects that they meet the standards of bank architecture,
- contribute to the construction of a coherent annual plan of functional and technical developments in the field applications, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy,
- increase the mastery of S.I.
- BCV over time, improving the functional documentation of applications and ensuring quality technical documentation within projects.
