- Lead discovery workshops and business process analysis to define solution opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Support the evolution of a portfolio of digital products, including deal operations platforms and AI-enabled applications, identifying cross-product dependencies to enhance user experience.
- Partner with data engineers to define business rules, KPIs, and analytical use cases, leveraging data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making.
