- mastering development methodologies (including agile) in large-scale projects;
- excellent knowledge of the distribution themes of a universal bank (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management) on the aspects of Marketing, Sales force management, Service and customer relationship in a multi-channel context of digitalization of Front to Back processes,
- very good knowledge of the market CRM platforms (e.g.
