- You will be responsible for supporting the team in all administrative activities within the site to ensure smooth operation
- As the first point of contact on site, you take over the customer support and are responsible for the first contact with customers and tenants
- Communicating with the tenant, home maintenance, craft businesses and offices is one of your tasks to ensure an effective exchange of information.
- You are responsible for carrying out final statements and custodial settlements as well as for obtaining and assessing offers, awarding contracts to craft businesses and monitoring the work
- The accounting, processing and forwarding of creditor orders and invoices as well as the debtor control and processing of the dunning system are also your responsibility.
- You have completed basic commercial training and preferably the property management clerk or the willingness to complete this further training
- First professional experience as a clerk: in (advantage in the real estate industry or similar) you could already collect
