- Perennial, proven experience in customer support or customer service with responsibility for complex cases, escalations and process improvements
- Very good understanding for digital customer processes, quality management and professional decision-making
Key requirements
- Perennial, proven experience in customer support or customer service with responsibility for complex cases, escalations and process improvements
- Very good understanding for digital customer processes, quality management and professional decision-making
- Ability to structure complex issues clearly, weigh risks and represent decisions in an addressable manner
- Very good oral and written German and English skills, at least C1
- Good oral and written knowledge in French or Italian, at least B2
- AI-first mentality: experience or keen interest in active cooperation in AI projects as well as understanding the technical possibilities, limits and quality risks of AI-supported support processes
