We are looking for a main expert organization development (m/f/d), which strengthens our team and helps shape the development of the Endress+Hauser Flow. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the organization forward and to create significant added value within the enterprise. They will play a key role in helping us with transformations, cultural and value development as well as major change projects.

As a chief expert organization development, you play a key role in the further development of our organization.

In our Product Center, you work with dedicated professionals and drive forward transformation and change projects as well as HR initiatives that support the dynamic growth of our organization and have a significant impact on the entire group of companies.

• Develop, design and develop organizational structures, roles and processes. - Develop, design, moderate and accompany workshops on topics such as cooperation, leadership, change management and culture. - Implement and develop HR tools for organizational diagnostics (e.g. employee surveys, cultural measurements, analyses, etc.).

• Work closely with our strategic HR business partners, management and other HR experts functions.

• have a degree in economics, psychology or a related field.
• have additional further trainings that complement strategic HR skills usefully.
• have more than 10 years of experience in organizational development, change management or strategic business partnering.
• have a sound knowledge of modern organizational models (e.g., apex structures, new work, systemic approaches, organizational health, etc.).
• have pronounced analytical as well as conceptual skills, communication strength and networked thinking.

• have a great experience in the design and moderation of workshops and trainings as well as in coaching of top management. - are an open, solution-oriented personality with a self-confident and winning appearance, high social competence and a team-oriented working method. - communicate in German and English.
