PRINCIPAL TASKS Analyze the drug treatments of patients in oncology in collaboration with oncologists.

- Prepare individualized pharmaceutical interviews with patients Ensure communication regarding patient drug treatments during transfers to the oncology department's oncology department's oncology drug management and develop procedures Training of health care personnel in the area of clinical pharmacy expertise Support of pharmacist responsible for pharmacy and preparation management TRAINING REQUIRED You have, a Federal Diploma with FPH speciality title in clinical pharmacy or equivalent title You have clinical training in oncology You have expertise in clinical pharmacy: therapeutics, pathologies, pharmaceuticals, therapeutic planning YOUR PROFIL You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position You have a perfect mastery of French Mastering English and/or German would be an asset You have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide medical information You demonstrate your commitment and commitment to the clinical pharmacy or equivalent title.
