As a supplement to our team we are looking for a/n Tasks
- Further development of nursing practice in stationary rehabilitation with focus on cardiology, internal medicine, oncology and psychosomatics
- Consultation and support of nursing staff in complex patient situations
- Ensure evidence-based and high quality care
- Participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of standards, guidelines and concepts
- Promoting interprofessional cooperation in the rehabilitation process
- Implementation of training, case meetings and practical assistance
- Professional leadership of the specialist persons at the site
- Cross- Klinikum Mitarbeit in Projekte zur Qualitätsentwicklung und Patientsicherheit
- Targeted use in direct care for practical anchoring and role as a model
- Active participation in the internal management team Care (care management, training officer, care expert:in)
- Clinical cooperation in the care expert:internal team with regular exchange and development of comprehensive quality initiatives
- Building and maintaining a professional network at national and international level Requirements:
- Master of Science Nursing (MScN) already completed or studied
- Experience in the care of internalist-oncological or cardiological patients
- High expertise and consulting skills as well as pleasure in knowledge transfer and coaching
- Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
- Embossed communication and team skills with leadership skills
